    I love swimming, before the COVID lockdowns I would do 100 laps a day. I also go to the gym, although Ive only just started bringing interested in exercise classes. I go for a walk every single day. I have a very healthy diet but I hate boring food so I try to find new recopies all the time. I believe that being healthy isnt just about your body, its also about your mind however I am relatively new to mindfulness and meditation. I am always excited to try new hobbies, and sports just dont expect me to be good at them.

    I do not have a specific diet or workout regimen that I follow religiously. However, I try to go to the gym at least two to four times a week. My body is in pretty good shape and I have not had to worry about it too much.

    I love to run and exercise whenever I get the chance. Working out in the gym is always a go to especially to relieve any tensions or stresses overwhelming my mind and body. I have always wanted to run a marathon so maybe one day...

    Health and fitness are one of my highest values. I train 5-6x a week in various styles of training including weights, handstands, aerials and acro, which could be why I look much younger than I am (and good genes thanks folks).

    I workout 3 times a week, It's quite amazing, mostly focus on the abs and glute workouts. But honestly, it pays off because I have a huge sweet tooth. Like I always say may the ass get fatter and the hips get wider

    I am a plus size woman who is completely comfortable in my own skin. I love to eat and go on adventurous such as hiking. I do eat very well some week but others I just enjoy life and take in all the fats and carbs.

    My biological age is 11 years younger than actual so this is what I say to this heading. Drink alcohol very moderately and stay off the carbs. Ditch the sugar as much as possible. Forget the takeaway fried junk. Its important to build and maintain muscle and metabolism with weight training and regular walking is great for allover health.

    Working out is elemental for me as having a healthy lifestyle that includes my eating habits. My body is a temple and I have to power to keep it healthy or not. I do not introduce any substance that will harm it.

    As a college athlete, I am basically forced to stay in shape. I took a mental health break for the semester, but that doesn't mean I get to get lazy with training! Cardio isn't really my thing, but I adore lifting.

    I'm not looking for perfection guys, but I am trying to reduce some fat I have on me by eating all the hi cholesterol and fattening food.(No just kidding:).     i believe in keeping it all natural, no workout routine or anything like that needed :) every body is a beautiful body is what ive learned after many years of insecurity. confidence is total key to a grand body image.

    I'm currently going to school to be a dietitian and athletic trainer, so keeping my body in shape is my job! I spend 6 days a week at the gym, and I absolutely love cooking! I also love hiking in the summer, especially to see the waterfalls!!!

    Functional Patterns, Canyoning, Surfing (badly), Swimming and loooooooooooong dog walks by the cliffs of Coogee. People often say I am lucky staying so slim but I honestly go crazy if I don't exercise every week.

    Working out is super important to me. I prefer to be weight lifting in the gym but have recently began to build an at-home gym because of Covid. If I cannot lift, then you can find me hiking a mountain or walking the dog. You don't grow a booty like mine by sitting around ;)
